To understand the advantages of digital we need to understand what the difference is between analog and digital. To simply put it, digital information is something that you can count and there are limitations to the information. Whereas analog there’s an infinite amount of possibilities. The advantages of digital data is you are able to portray a message from what you are receiving. For example if there was a language with an infinite number of symbols you would never be able to understand the message you are trying to convey. However, like in an alphabet since there is only a finite number of letters and sounds to those letters you can understand what is being said. It has meaning to each word that is being created from the limited number of letters.
